He's trying to say federal employee unions are being outed (dated) by the actions of the recently doubled CIA and DOJ prosecutors like Fitz that seem to give the impression that the FBI is organized in the old sort of union way, like crminal conspracy charges should have been exercised somewhere along the way, but he kinda just missed it...........................................
Oh ya, yuou have to be a Dem to get the federal union job too, but that's kind of like Plame not getting indicted.................
